Vireloom Support
Welcome to Vireloom support. The game is designed for iPhone and requires iOS 15.6 or later.
HOW TO PLAY
Tap a winding arrow only when its head can leave the maze without touching another arrow or its own tail. A blocked arrow travels to the obstacle and returns, costing a heart. Match successful exit directions to the Signal Weave shown above the board. Every world finale contains three consecutive escape layers and requires the correct signal sequence.
ACCESSIBILITY AND SETTINGS
Open Settings from the home screen to control sound, music, haptics, reduced motion, repeated direction markers, language, and local usage analytics. Direction markers make exits distinguishable without relying only on color.
ADS AND PRIVACY
• Vireloom is monetized only with advertising. It does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.
• Rewarded ads are optional and grant a reward only after the ad completes successfully.
• Occasional interstitial ads begin after level 8 and are paced between play sessions.
• If an ad is unavailable, check your internet connection and try again later. You can continue playing without watching a rewarded ad.
• Where required, use Privacy Choices in Settings to review advertising consent choices.
• The current release requests non-personalized ads and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
TROUBLESHOOTING
• Close and reopen the app if audio or an overlay does not resume after an interruption.
• Confirm the device is running iOS 15.6 or later.
• Keep enough free device storage for app updates.
• When reporting a level issue, include the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and level number.
