Effective date: August 13, 2026 Worvia is a general-audience word puzzle game published by Orbylance Labs. The core game works without an account. Game progress, settings, coins, streaks and puzzle state are stored locally on your device. Worvia does not ask for your name, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location. ADVERTISING AND DATA Worvia uses Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may process IP address for approximate location, device or app identifiers, advertising data, app interactions, diagnostic data, crash logs and performance information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency control, analytics and reporting. Worvia requests non-personalized ads and does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. We do not sell personal information. CONSENT AND CHOICES Worvia uses Google's User Messaging Platform where required and checks consent status before requesting ads. Available privacy choices can be reviewed from Worvia Settings. Choices may affect available ads but do not prevent core gameplay. CHILDREN Worvia is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in the user's jurisdiction. RETENTION AND DELETION Local gameplay data remains on the device until progress is reset, the app is removed, or iOS removes it. Advertising-related information is retained by Google according to its policies and applicable law.
