This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Nemira: Match & Awaken ("Nemira", "the game").

1. Information stored by the game

Nemira does not require an account. Game progress, settings, earned soft currency and support inventory are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives this gameplay save data.

The game contains a local, in-memory gameplay analytics adapter used for quality diagnostics. It does not send those gameplay events to the publisher or to a remote analytics service in this version.

2. Optional rewarded advertising

Nemira offers optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. There are no forced interstitial ads. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, Google Mobile Ads may process information including:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;

• device identifiers, including an advertising or app/developer-bounded identifier where available;

• advertising data, such as ads shown and ad interactions;

• product interaction data, such as app launches, taps or video views;

• crash logs, diagnostics and performance information.

Google may use this information for third-party advertising, advertising or product analytics, fraud prevention, security, diagnostics and service delivery. The exact processing can depend on your region, consent choices, device settings and Google's systems. Nemira disables the Google publisher first-party ID.

3. Consent and your choices

Where required, Nemira uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for consent before requesting ads. You can accept, refuse or manage the available choices in that message. Where Google requires privacy options to remain available, you can reopen them from the game's settings screen and change or withdraw your choice.

You can play Nemira without watching a rewarded ad. If consent is required but not obtained, or if the advertising service is unavailable, rewarded ads remain unavailable and normal gameplay remains accessible.

You can also limit tracking through iOS settings. Removing the app deletes the game's locally stored save data from the device, subject to Apple's device and backup behavior.

4. Data sharing and sale

The publisher does not sell your personal data. Information described in the optional rewarded advertising section may be transmitted to and processed by Google and its advertising partners when the advertising service is used or initialized in accordance with your region and choices.

5. Retention and international processing

Local game data remains on your device until you delete the app or the data. Information processed by Google is retained under Google's policies and may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.

6. Children's privacy

Nemira is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising requests are configured for G-rated ad content. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the issue.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal data, or to withdraw consent. For information held by Google, consult Google's privacy controls and policies. For publisher-related questions or requests, contact us using the address below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its providers or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted with a revised effective date.
